Any officers that shoots and hits an unintended target should be placed on desk duty as a matter of course, not have the legal system make civilians complicit in their willingness to dispense violence with so little care and caution for public safety.

It’s not apples to apples. The American system of benefits is so much less supportive that parallel conclusions are rendered useless. I’m curious as to what the same study based on US employment would look like. Especially curious to see if not giving people enough to get by on un-incentivizes the American unemployed.
