It’s surreal that CNN is what passes for journalism in today’s cultural climate. The entire network (sorry Anderson, but you choose to work there so the association is on you) is a national embarrassment.

Democratic Primaries: Sanders gets enough to stay on
Saturday is not as super as Tuesday. On March 1st, there were 11 states at stake; on March 5th, there were only three. On Tuesday, the score was seven for Hillary Clinton, four for Sanders; on Saturday it was two for Sanders (Nebraska, Kansas) and one for Hillary Clinton (Louisiana). Bottom line: Clinton is leading with over 200 delegates.

Stephen Colbert briefs astronaut Scott Kelly on 340 days of popular culture
Astronaut Scott Kelly returned to Earth late Tuesday after almost a year in space. He has physically changed, but “the thing that worries me is that 340 days is a long time to be off-planet, and re-integrating with our culture might come as a shock to Scott,” Stephen Colbert said on Thursday’s Late Show. “So I want to help him, right now, catch up on some of the things he missed.” It isn’t a complete list, but you might learn a thing of two. “Thanks to Taylor Swift, we have now learned that females travel in what are called ‘squads,'” Colbert began. He ticked through some other cultural phenomena from the past year, then almost dropped the hammer. “And, of course, there’s a presidential race this year, and it’s…” Colbert paused, “…it’s going good, it’s going good. Don’t look it up.”
