He cries about how as a public official whose contact info and residence are public information as if this is a new development instead of a condition of his career.He makes slyly disparaging and blatantly racist generalization about the mayor’s family.

In other words, this little piggie cried, “weh, weh, weh,” all  the way to his indisputably bigoted home.

Update: Case dismissed! On Monday, October 17, District Judge John Grinsteiner rejected the riot charge that had been leveled against Amy Goodman for her coverage of a September 3rd Dakota Access Pipeline protest.

A badge is not a license to kill.

Whether or not this  – as it appears to be – cold blooded murder the cops involved shouldn’t be on the street. Eight shots to take down one person? they are a reckless danger to the community. For the protection of the citizens the officers involved need to be benched if not removed from the force.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has apologized for criticizing the national anthem protests by 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other athletes.

…”Some of you have inquired about a book interview in which I was asked how I felt about Colin Kaepernick and other NFL players who refused to stand for the national anthem,” Ginsburg’s statement read. “Barely aware of the incident or its purpose, my comments were inappropriately dismissive and harsh. I should have declined to respond.”

Old Dominion might as well have raped this person themselves. I hope she kicks the school in court hard enough that the school is shaken to its foundations and worried about its continued existence. He’s lived such a good life and has never experienced anything serious in his life that would prepare him for prison. He was sheltered so much he wouldn’t be able to survive prison. What about the kid who has nothing, he struggles to eat, struggles to get a fair education? What about the kid who has no choice who he is born to and has drug-addicted parents or a non-parent household? Where is the consideration for them when they commit a crime?”

Duckler: When taking a knee means you’re standing up tall

The reactions this young man has endured because of his peaceful protest are a prime example of why we need better leadership than the kind who are willing to drape the flag of nationalism over their xenophobia and call it patriotism or acting in the interests of national security.

Mitchell, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, died Aug. 19, 2015, of extreme weight loss and heart problems. He had lost 46 pounds during 101 days at the jail.

He was ordered by a judge to be transferred to a state mental hospital for treatment, but he never made it because his paperwork was stuffed in a desk drawer by an admissions worker at the hospital.
