Motherfuck… Seriously, you fucking idiots want to put Dean, who didn’t get past Iowa, in charge?

For Gawd’s sake, no more elected officials as DNC Chair and no more feel good progressives who make a lot of noise and get nothing done.

Elect someone with proven record of building infrastructure and fending off strong GOP bids like Ray Buckley and be done with it.

Oh, and stop saying Bernie could have won. Because the general election sure as hell ain’t a caucus!

And while I’m at it, stop ignoring the pre-election voter purges of legally registered voters.

And for the love of all that is holy stop calling Hillary a liar and a crook, you self-absorbed, whiny, GOP-co-opted, sheeple fucktards!

Battling bald eagles plunge into Florida storm drain, along with flight of anti-Trump metaphors

Two bald eagles were stuck in a storm drain in Orlando on Thursday, prompting some on Twitter to call the injured national birds a metaphor for the post-election mood.

How ironic, the Trumpster is elected and now there is an Bald Eagle, the symbol of America, stuck in a storm drain in FL.

Her Loss

It’s not fair, and I’m so tired, and every woman I know is so tired. I cried because I don’t even know what it feels like to be taken seriously—not fully, not in that whole, unequivocal, confident way that’s native to handshakes between men. I cried because it does things to you to always come second.

Whatever your personal opinion of the Clintons, as politicians or as human beings, that dynamic is real. We, as a culture, do not take women seriously on a profound level. We do not believe women. We do not trust women. We do not like women. I understand that many men cannot see it, and plenty more do not care. I know that many men will read this and laugh, or become defensive, or call me hysterical, or worse, and that’s fine. I am used to it. It doesn’t make me wrong.

Pantsuit Nation, a ‘Secret’ Facebook Hub, Celebrates Clinton

The group’s stated goal is to express support for Hillary Clinton, but it has also served as a forum to discuss issues raised by Donald J. Trump’s rhetoric.

…Ms. Chamberlain, 33, created Pantsuit Nation to support Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, less than three weeks ago. Since then, more than 2.5 million people have joined the group — which is invitation only — and have reported donating more than $216,000 through the Pantsuit Nation fund-raising drive. But even that growth didn’t prepare the group’s organizers for the explosive activity on Tuesday.

People, mainly women, posted photos of their daughters wearing “Future President” T-shirts or creating an “H” with their bodies. They posted images and memories of their pioneering grandmothers, like an early airplane pilot. Many thanked the group for the virtual support it provided when they went to their polling places in mostly red states. These users called themselves “blue dots.”

“There was a post from an 18-year-old who went to vote with her 91-year-old grandmother,” Ms. Chamberlain said. “It’s a montage of every sappy thing you’ve ever seen about America. Only these are real people, in their own voices, and I think it’s a picture of the real diversity in the country.

Nevada judge denies Trump request; warns about Twitter trolls

A Nevada court judge forcefully denied a request Tuesday from Donald Trump’s campaign to direct a county registrar of voters to preserve and segregate ballots from voting machines in four early voting sites in the Las Vegas area where Latino voters showed up in record numbers.

The Trump campaign said Clark County Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria kept polling locations open two hours beyond their designated closing times.

Clark County saw its record for single-day early vote turnout shattered Friday when 57,174 people cast their ballots, according to data from the Nevada secretary of state’s office, as Hillary Clinton and Democrats sought to build up a prohibitive advantage over Trump before Tuesday in the key state.Trump’s lawyers asked for an order to have the pertinent early vote ballots — those cast after the designated polling hours Friday — not to be “co-mingled or interspersed” with other ballots.

Judge Gloria Sturman, of the District Court for Clark County Nevada, ruled from the bench, saying Gloria was already obligated by state law to maintain the records that the Trump campaign is seeking.

“I can’t obligate him to do something he is already obligated to do,” Sturman said, later adding, “This is Election Day. He has other things to be doing.”

Portland Startup Maps Cannabis Genome to Protect Weed from Monsanto Patenting

…The data collection will also help with patent protection, a legal anxiety that has been leeching onto growers since the first cannabis plant was patented in August 2015.

Marijuana is subject to the same statutes as any other agricultural patents—simply, that the genome must be characteristically different than the naturally occurring counterpart.

Marijuana growers are worried about protecting intellectual property rights, especially from the patent techniques of seed-trade powerhouse Monsanto.
