I know, I know… Royal watching is so unseemly -especially for an American!
…But William and Harry seem like such nice young men and I was such a big admirer of their mother’s work with AIDS patients and the issue of landmines.
It’s goofy but I do like to read about Wills, Kate, & Harry from time to time.
Ah, well, sue me. No one’s perfect.
As an American I’m not really up on all of the in and outs of English laws of succession but it seems to me this guy ignores a complicating fact. George was convicted of treason. As I understand it, treason is a crime against the immortal crown and not the specific monarch. Doesn’t someone forfeit their right to pass on any inheritance (like say, a claim to the throne) when they are convicted of treason? How could his descendants be in line for the throne?

Harry happened to mention that he and his brother had been told they were gay icons. I laughed and told him that I didn’t think that was the case. He became really adamant saying, “What? What? We are! Our press people told us.”
‘Harry then asked if he couldn’t be a gay icon because he was ginger. It was all very funny.’
Seriously, how can anyone not like this kid?

I would expected to live by the customs of Iran if I visited that country, if Iranians can’t handle western customs in a western country they should fucking stay home. Or plan ahead and wear gloves. It’s not like that should have been something totally unexpected. Have a plan at least! Shaking hands is pretty standard in western society.
