As Michael Phelps slipped off his swim cap after anchoring the gold medal-winning men’s 4×200 freestyle relay, barber Raefus Cox smiled from his Atlanta home nearly 4,800 miles away. 

“To see a haircut that I did on the Olympic stage – it’s incredible,” Cox told The Undefeated. “It’s definitely a proud moment.”
