For the third time in less than a week, the new memorial for Hawaii’s fallen law enforcement officers has been damaged.

Seems like mixed priorities to me. The cost of the changes are what now? So they can catch some kids with bikes? How about they use that money to prevent civilian and officer deaths by improving police training instead????
