Do doctors treating injured people deserve special accolades for not withholding care? No they do not. Do they deserve extra credit for treating those from a different background? Only if the default morality is total and complete racist bigotry. Did any of the sick women and children mentioned have a hand in bombing Gaza? Or kidnapping and murdering three extremist youths? (And let’s not forget what an illegal settlement is here…) No? So how is it morally superior to not hold them responsible.

Oh look, we’re so much better than those guys with our not being monsters to them. No, no, you’re not. You’re worse.

Until you stop claiming the moral high-ground on the murder of 25 times as many people as your enemy you’re not only not morally superior, you are much, much, worse.
