Preventing access to medical care is morally justified when dealing with the untermenschen, right government of Israel?

Afterall,  it is in the interests of the safety of the rest of the population that they be, “allowed to ‘live’ but their living zone would be surrounded by barbed wire and guards to ensure that they lived within that zone,”  right? It’s completely justified when you think of what a “danger” they pose to the “rightful” citizens of the land, right?

I mean, that logic worked for the Nazi’s in Warsaw….
