Earth to fuckstick moron, Reading Rainbow was never about teaching kids to read. It has always been about developing a love of reading. Ask any reading specialist, developing a love of reading is an integral part of getting kids to read. If they don’t want to read, they won’t develop their skills. If kids are interesting in reading they will read, and every time they do read they improve upon existing skills. Pretty simple, eh? Even a snooty-ass uptight hater with clearly zero understanding of education like yourself can grasp that simple concept, right?
