Bill Clinton never talks about forming a committee to look into solving something, if he talks about it the committee is already back and the man has a plan. He talk your ears off about his very clear, and very specific plan in intense detail if you let him.

If you listen to him he always brings up specific progress being made and talks more about solutions than whining about problems.
