Seems simplistic and the headline is beyond misrepresentative. The article is about less hours being worked and not less people being employed, for god’s sake.

I don’t see a clear mention of the effect of large employers cutting hours for temporary workers. Instead there is mathy sounding assertion that somehow the ACA will induce workers to choose to work less hours and provide less hours. That’s never explained or substantiated.
