To be fair, hetero-sexual cases of statutory rape are definitely filed and prosecuted and real live heterosexual kids end up on the same list as real live sexual predators. No matter the sexual identity of the child, it is always a miscarriage of justice to not make a distinction between an immature teen and a perverted threat to innocent people

The injustice is neither heightened or diminished by the young woman’s sexuality.
