Sex assault rarely punished in military, victims say

an accused assailant’s name should be publicly spit on and a convicted assailant’s name should have such a stigma that no one will associate with them.

until committing sexual assault in the military is an immediate and humiliating career end-er for the assailant every single military officer in the US  is enabling the rape of US service people and should be held culpable as a willing participant.
