The New York City Department of Education needs to face real consequences for fostering a climate of shirking responsibility for quelling childhood squabbles and instead foisting the responsibility for maintaining dioscipline onto the NYPD. They are wantonly wasting tax-payer money, shitting on their mandate of fostering an environment that is conducive education. Board members should be individually liable for the trauma they are inflicting on children with their absolute disregard for their mission.
