If he’s is that trigger happy and unable to control his impulses he needs to lose his badge. Yesterday would be a good time for that. After he has been stripped of the badge he clearly was not mature enough to handle wearing, the officer should then be prosecuted for assault with a deadly weapon and home invasion.
