PTSD is not, and can not be, a defense for murder.
If it becomes one we will unleash a generation of veterans with a license to kill upon an unsuspecting American public. They’ve all seen some shit, they’ve all served multiple delpoyments. they’ve all got a case for PTSD. There can be, and there is no defense for murdering civilians, endangering the lives out fellow service people or compromising the llong term chances for success of the entire mission.
