U.S. News – 'No-fly' Muslim takes case to court of public opinion

The no-fly list is a joke.
TSA and Homeland Security aren’t held to any standard, nor do they have to follow the laws of this country because no one holds them accountable for anything.
I know of a great way for them to get their acts together. Jail-time for those who cannot justify their actions, refuse full disclousre or compromising the rights of American citizens.
I hope this guys sues them so big they are bankrupted.
