Political discourse has been so poisoned that partisanship obliterates any chance for discussion or movement of the position of either side. The more the sides agitate, the less they both accomplish.

It is in part, this nagging, nauseating thought that sits cold and heavy in the base of my gut, that propels me to rant into the empty wind in an unnoticed corner of the internet.
