The thing that bothers me about the information provided by the guest is that he skips over any examination of the number of students whose ambition is to attend a 4 year degree that don’t. By his own figures, it is a huge number of individuals. Where the focus on getting students up to as level where their skills and experience will help them succeed at a four year institution? It’s as if the thinking is that these people are better suited to job training than living up to the ambition of a 4 year degree.
Elitism will not raise people up. Plain and simple. And, (at least so far) neither will the policies of this Wall St House, errr, Rich White Person House, errr, administration.
