Dear Feminists, You’re All A Bunch of Label Happy Assholes

Feminists take on race and police conduct post-Ferguson

There is not a group of people who seek to divide us and lock us into little categorized boxes more than people who proclaim themselves to be Feminists. Feminists are lot more interested in drawing distinctions between each other based on race, religion and economic caste than they are building each other up.

…And that, my friends, is why they keep losing ground.

Stupid, self-defeating, little bitches.

Legal Marijuana Impairs Beer’s Ability to Put Together A Business Plan

5 things to know about driving on marijuana

1.   This story was pitched by Budweiser.

2.   Links between cause and effect are lost on the modern media

3.   Hysteria and innuendo have taken the place of facts in our “news.”

4.   Logic is a dying art.

5. “It’s not clear how much marijuana use contributes to crash risk.” So where the fuck did the basis of this article come from? Oh that’s right, budweiser.

Please Feel Free to Shut the F*ck Up About Obama’s Tan Suit

Please Feel Free to Shut the F*ck Up About Obama’s Tan Suit

Grade-school-recess comment-section nitpickery has evolved into superseded legitimate political criticism over the most mundane, nearsighted and inconsequential details. …Congratulations, America. This is why we can’t have nice things. [Edits: mine]

All Presidents wear tan suits. In fact most of Washington used to wear them in the summer. It was the uniform. This bullshit is another symptom of having a capital staffed by idiots with no idea of history or how to do their fucking jobs because they are too excited about the new (old) frontier tune their spin-masters have them dancing too.

….this joins a ludicrously long list of criticisms hurled at this president despite the fact that it’s exactly in line with all previous president and therefore totally normal.

Rep. Peter King thinks too much about Obama’s suitMove

Rep. Peter King, Obama’s new fashion critic

Playbook Move 1: Say you’re not going be trivialize things and then only talk about trivia

Playbook Move 2: Downplay what people actually care about.

Playbook Move 3: Pretend the American public cares about whatever bs you’re trying to sell.

Put them all together and it looks like this:

There’s no way any of us can excuse what the president did yesterday,” King said of President Obama on NewsMaxTV. …“For him to walk out – I’m not trying to be trivial here – in a light suit, light tan suit, saying that first he wants to talk about what most Americans care about the revision of second quarter numbers on the economy. This is a week after Jim Foley was beheaded and he’s trying to act like real Americans care about the economy, not about ISIS and not about terrorism.

Besides Michael Brown, Whom Else Does The New York Times Call “No Angel”? | Vanity Fair

Besides Michael Brown, Whom Else Does The New York Times Call “No Angel”? | Vanity Fair.

A sample of the white folks the Times has called “no angel” includes infamous mobsters, murderers, a pornographer, and a Nazi. Black Americans described similarly by the paper include a basketball player, a singer, criminal suspects, and unarmed men killed by white people.

Sigh…

DEAL: Arthur T. to Buy Market Basket in $1.5 Billion Sale – Business news – Boston.com.

This video is so cute.

It occurs to me that in Capitalism -and in any other economic system I can think of- there is always going to be someone on the top of the ladder who controls the purse strings.

That person doesn’t have to be a dick about it though. It can work out well for everyone, on every rung of the ladder. …And perhaps when it does, the entire business is stronger for it.

Take that 30-day profit window geared towards stock-holders, businesses can be strong, stable and profitable when every employee, at every level, is getting enough to create a good standard of living with.
