Texas police officer killed woman in Arlington while shooting at dog

Are you f’ing kidding me? What part of the officer’s behavior was safe or rational?
No excuse for such negligence.
No excuse for needlessly endangering the people around him.
No excuse for an individual like that to carry a badge.
