Massachusetts State Police say they will review whether or not the level of force was appropriate during the arrest of a man who led them on a long chase. 50 year-old Richard Simone of Worcester refused to stop for police, and the vehicle crashed at least once in Hudson NH but continued on even with popped tires, pieces of them littering the neighborhood.
