Ahhh… A HONY inspired break from the bad news.

I think it is patently unfair and -in the short, medium, and long run- totally inefficient to judge schools, students, and teachers with a set of one-size-fits-all numbers. Students are not one size fits all. Many triumphs and tragedies are hidden in averages and means. That said…

Given the starting point for most of these students, this school’s numbers are incredibly impressive.
