Why don’t we save all of the money we spend on police forces by just randomly arming bullies and telling them it is OK to be verbally and physically abusive with anyone they want? Hell, if they feel like it they can shoot and kill unarmed people who posed no threat to them. And since the cops are empowered to be judge and jury these days we can save a whole lot of money by just skipping those pesky courts.
