Obama Announces Plan to Pay for Community College

Not to be cynical but…

I recall hearing this from Barack before. During the 2008 campaign he lifted it from another Democratic candidate and started touting the plan as his own. It evaporated into thin air after the promise had served its usefulness. I didn’t believe he was going to do it back then. …And he didn’t. So I have to admit I’m more than a little skeptical now.
