If the city of Seabrook gives any credence to the bullshit explanations of why three armed officers had to resort to violence against a cuffed suspect who was significantly smaller than any of them, then they deserve to have lawless street and nothing but psychotic criminals masquerading as cops to (not) protect them from their own stupidity.
