State Atty Alvarez deserves a medal.
Officer Hart is criminally violent bully, not a good cop.
Who the fuck cares if he was upset? Welcome to life asshole, sometimes people at work are a pain. It doesn’t mean you get to violent assault them, even if you carry a badge.
If Officer Hart is not convicted, jailed and relived of his badge without possibility of pension  then clear the city of Skokie is dangerous, lawless place.
