BTW BHO, it’s not a stoner issue. It’s a law and order and tax payer issue.

1. The government should not be cooperating with competitive industries to spread false medical information (um? duh!) to the citizenry.

2. Tax dollars that are spent on pursuing non-violent, non-property damaging, non-public safety threatening crimes are diverted away from locking up criminals who seek to harm other members of our society.

3. Laws like this are creating a de facto racial-economic caste system, which in turn drives up tax payer costs and culls the pool of tax payers contributing to the costs (increasing the cost for each individual tax payer.)
