Susan Komen CEO’s salary draws fire as donations drop, races are canceled – Open Channel

Komen is an embarrassment.

Early detection is, by definition, not a cure.

The emphasis on detection clouds the issue of what causes the disease in the first place. It is no coincidence that the manufacturers of chemicals connected to causing breast cancer are all huge supports of feel-good but accomplish zilch pink ribbon BS.

The decision to defund planned parenthood was partisan, political and anti-women.

As evidenced by their CEO’s salary, pink ribbons are about making money, not curing cancer.

Forget embarrassment, the entire organization is an abomination.

For the sake of all of the women in your life that you love and cherish, do not give one dime to these scam-artists.
