You are insulting your mother by implying she somehow let you and the world down by not being Donna Reed. You are a horrible, horrible daughter and none of your backhanded, backwards, apologist “compliments” for your Mom change that.

You slam her before you even go into you apologist backhanded compliments.

You are distasteful and I hope the word is saved from any daughters you might raise because I am sure they would be equally ungrateful, equally passive aggressive and unknowingly but blatantly anti-woman.

For someone with your “creative up-bringing” you clearly are a conservative, women in the kitchen and men working outside the type 50’s throwback and your description of your mother’s work – like it was a hobby of hers – insulting to working mothers everywhere.
