1000% completely and totally unsurprising.
I blame the military brass who refused to publicly and with a huge amount of fanfare punich troops who literally pissed on the local reliion.
Any death going forward are on the heads of military leader who refused to lead and take a hard stance against offenders.
They are literally killing their own troops.
