OK, call me crazy but this is what I learn from this information:

Our vaunted intelligence community is inept.

We kill people an bomb communities based on foggy guesses and anyone, in any other industry – from fast food to brain surgery – who was that fumbling, that inept, that wrong all the fucking time, would have been fired eons ago. Why do we persist in allowing intelligence work like this?
It is an embarrassment.

The rule book sounds like an arbitrary guide to guessing when you have absolutely nothing to go on.

If this is how we deal with intelligence and POWs no fucking wonder we can’t win a war to save our service people’s lives.

It is is bullshit like this, pretending to know when we really don’t and coming up with such idiotic policies that we actually prevent ourselves from ever knowing anything that will rip this country from superpower status if the empire has not crumbled already.
