An up-tight, arrogant and at the time out of touch also-ran who couldn’t pull together what should have been the easiest election campaign in the history of the union (Gore) and ending up losing in his own home state???
Or maybe that expert is this incompetent and petulant child that graces the oval office these days, a man who clearly has absolutely zero understanding of how to connect with the public?
