I wish his advisers had chosen something less obvious than that phrase.
Or how about advising him to stop talking about and do something.
…Especially stop talking about it inside in plush rooms for God’s sake.
(Hellooooo, if can’t manage action, at least make it look like action is an option you are actually considering!)
